My trampoline has a broken bungie cord, where can I find a replacement?
This is the replacement bungee cord for the Galt Folding Trampoline and the replacement bungee cord for the My First Jumper Trampoline. We are in the process of obtaining replacement bungie cords for the Little Jumpers Trampoline. The Fold and Go Trampoline does not use a bungie cord so it will not need a replacement bungie cord.
What can I do to take care of my toddler trampoline?
To keep your toddler trampoline in the best shape possible, please inspect it regularly to check for any loose screws, a slack bungee cord, or any broken parts. Tighten the loose screws, tighten or replace the bungee cord if needed, and replace any broken parts. Leaving your child’s trampoline outside overnight is not recommended. For basic cleaning, the pad can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
What can I do to ensure a safe playing environment?
To ensure the safety of your child, please follow the basic playtime guidelines outlined below.
- Check the condition of the bungee cord and tighten/replace if necessary.
- Place the toddler trampoline on even and level ground.
- Remove any objects that may be hazardous to children around the trampoline.

I see a folding trampoline from The Original Toy Company and Galt. They look the same so what is the difference between the two?
The Original Toy Company used to be called Galt America, the American distributor for Galt (an UK company). They were bought and acquired the means to produce their own trampolines. There is no real difference in that both trampolines are of quality design and build. The only observable difference is that the frames are a different color, red vs. blue.
